3. Tutoring Services

• Sessions are conducted by qualified tutors and are subject to availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• No-shows may be charged at full session rate
• Rates are subject to change with 2 weeks' notice

4. Payment

Payment for tutoring services is due at the end of each session or as arranged. We accept various payment methods. All payments are processed securely.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, student2student and/or its licencors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages from the website for personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall student2student or its tutors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.

9. Parent/Guardian Agreement

For minor students, parents or guardians must provide consent for tutoring services. Parents/guardians are responsible for the minor's conduct during sessions and agree to comply with all policies outlined.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made 24 hours before the scheduled session for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to a fee.
